The 1,024 square foot Richland guest quarters features four bedrooms and two bathrooms, consisting of a shower in one bathroom and a shower, tub combination in the other bathroom. A half bath is located downstairs close to the kitchen. The two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom which includes two sinks and a large shower with a bench. The master bedroom has a shower, separate bath tub and his and hers sinks. There are three spacious bedrooms, two upstairs and the master is located on the main level.

The great room features a large screen television, game table, a bar with a full sized refrigerator plus a separate ice maker. There is a full sized refrigerator and oven. The 3,011 square foot main house features a full kitchen, a large table in the dining room and a second table in the kitchen. Sunrise Cove has approximately 5,100 square feet consisting of a main house and two guest quarters. It is located on a secluded cove on almost 5 acres. This stunning roomy waterfront home has 9 bedrooms, 7 bedrooms on one level, and 5 ½ bathrooms. All special events, exceeding occupancy of over 21 will need written permission from management. Small parties or special events are occasionally permitted with permission and additional consideration. Fish off the fishing deck at the boathouse, watch breathtaking sunrises, abundant bird species, wild ducks, squirrels and beautiful open stargazing are just a few of the charms Sunrise Cove RC, LLC (Sunrise Cove) offers. Watch television together using the large screened television in the great room, connected to Direct TV. Read a good book from the corner library, or play cards or a board game on the game table. Play a game of basketball in the basketball court located next to the patio. Settle back in the over sized partially covered patio with 250 feet of shoreline or challenge someone to a game of pool in the game room.

Ways to enjoy your stay includes getting together in the large great room with two giant windows featuring an extensive view of the lake located in the back yard. We care about your safety and want you to enjoy your stay. (You may notice a slight bleach odor when you arrive, but it should air out quickly.) As always, access to Sunrise Cove is restricted to our registered guests and maintenance personnel and is not open to the public. We will be performing a second disinfecting measure on all high “hand traffic” areas including tables, doorknobs, remote controls, light/lamp switches/pull chains-(to name a few) before new guests arrive.
